The Marketing Director at OLIPOP will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role involves managing a marketing team, overseeing integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and retail channels, and driving new product launches. The director will collaborate with sales, consumer insights, and cross-functional teams to refine brand positioning, optimize go-to-market strategies, and expand OLIPOP’s market share. This position requires at least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG, along with strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in brand management and digital marketing.
