Head of Marketing & Sales, Business Innovation and Growth

This position will lead multi-channel B2B marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. Reporting to the Chief Business Innovation and Growth Officer, this role is responsible for go-to-market positioning, demand generation, and lifecycle management to achieve APA’s ambitious five-year growth plan. The leader will oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, CRM strategies, content marketing, and sales operations, while managing a high-performing team and external agency partners. This position requires 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), data analytics, CRM, and automation tools, and a strong background in strategic leadership and international market expansion. Ideal candidates will have a data-driven approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proven success in corporate marketing and sales execution.
