Solace is seeking an SEO Manager to take full ownership of its search engine optimization efforts, ensuring the company ranks highly for competitive healthcare-related keywords. This role involves strategizing and executing SEO initiatives with autonomy, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate is a fast-moving, execution-focused operator with 2+ years of SEO experience in a consumer-facing company, strong planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Reporting to the Head of Growth with visibility to the CEO, this position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the company's digital presence and customer acquisition strategy. Solace, a Series A startup, is backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and Torch Capital, and operates remotely across the U.S.
