HealthyBaby is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize user acquisition, retention, and performance marketing campaigns. Reporting to the SVP of Growth and eCommerce, this hybrid NYC role (Mon/Wed in-office) requires a data-driven, creative, and adaptable marketer who understands the full marketing funnel and can drive multi-channel digital campaigns. Key responsibilities include email and SMS marketing, paid social, SEM, affiliate marketing, content strategy, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and paid social, and a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics. Shopify and Klaviyo experience is a plus. This role offers an opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
