Blue Marble is hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic brand marketing plans, enhancing brand affinity, product awareness, and customer engagement. This hybrid role (3 days/week in Ashland, OR) involves leading multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, traditional media), overseeing brand positioning, managing external partnerships, and developing marketing assets. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of consumer products brand marketing experience (preferably in toys/kids' products), strong strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred), proficiency in MS Office, Circana/NPD, and social media marketing are required.
