The Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing for The Ritz-Carlton and Ritz-Carlton Reserve will lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and content development to enhance brand positioning and drive consumer engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing content creation across digital, social, and editorial platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting global hotel openings. The position also involves analyzing consumer insights, optimizing marketing performance, and providing strategic guidance to luxury properties in U.S. & Canada and international markets. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, with expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
